Leadership & Governance

The operating cadence that turned leadership meetings from status updates into actual decisions.
More Info
The Problem Managing six managers overseeing 80+ staff across multiple markets requires more than good intentions. Without a structured operating cadence, issues surface too late, accountability is fuzzy, and leadership meetings become updates instead of decisions. What I Built A management operating system — L10 meeting structure with principles and agenda, quarterly after-action reviews, scorecards tracking project completion and initiative status, and documentation that made the cadence repeatable regardless of who was running the meeting. What Changed Leadership meetings became predictable and productive. Managers had a shared language and psychological safety for surfacing problems and tracking progress, and the team could see patterns across markets instead of managing each one in isolation.
