Change Management
What good change communication looks like when it actually has to work — across 100+ people, multiple departments, and zero margin for confusion.

The Problem
Organizational change only works if people understand it, trust it, and know what's expected of them. At a company with 100+ staff across multiple markets and departments, getting that wrong meant initiatives stalled, adoption was inconsistent, and leadership lost credibility with the people doing the work.
What I Built
Internal rollout communications for company-wide initiatives — new templates, production changes, editorial standards, system launches. Every message was written for the specific audience receiving it, with different versions for designers, editors, sales, and executives depending on what they needed to know and do.
What Changed
Initiatives that might have struggled to gain traction got adopted. The Pages Queue launch email alone reached six different staff groups simultaneously with tailored messaging — no confusion about who needed to do what.
